I have a subdomain setup for Unbounce, which looks like abc.domain.com, from where i redirect (Javascript) them to a sub directory example doimain.com/xyz
The problem is none of my pages are getting index on google, tried almost everything. Checked search console seems like these pages are not even getting crawled.

Have you tried creating/submitting an XML sitemap that includes the Unbounce pages? That will cue Google into the fact that they exist.
