I followed the instructions on: http://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/203510114-Adding-and-Editing-Text to use a google font for my website. However, it still isn’t working. Even when I go into preview mode to view it, it shows me the default font. Is there something that I’m doing wrong or is there an internal problem? I’ve followed the instructions word for word and can’t seem to figure it out.

Are you looking at your published page? Sometimes, you can only see certain edits on a live, published page, and not in preview mode.
Are you using a template? Is there any custom coding in the source?
