I am trying to fix a problem for a team member of ours, when they test the lead form they get an email from unbounce and not the lead manager they have set the web hook to send to? They say they have a green tick saying the hook should be working. I have tried to figure it out for them and they have fixed the hook a few times with no luck. What should they be looking for to fix the issue?

If you are referring to the “Email Notification” integration then just make sure to separate each email by a comma. I like to use a comma and a space between each of mine.
