It’s very simple and straight forward. I think this landing page should convert rather well depending on the creative messaging/media used in the ad. Make sure to use Title Case in the headline. (capitalize the “e” and “m”)

The only thing I could think to test would be the CTA’s
“Make Money Driving”
“Save Money Riding”

Maybe there is room for improvement in the subheadline.
Maybe you can add something that stereotypes college students?
“Less Money on Travel = More Money on 🍻”

I agree with @justjosh suggestions. The only other thing that struck me was the all-caps privacy notice at the end of the form. It looks like you’re yelling at me. If you want to draw attention, maybe case sensitive in italics?
