Favicon Help - Different Domains

Hello,

I am trying to get the favicon for our Unbounce page (https://promo.territoryfoods.com/stock_up/) to work using the following code:

<link rel="icon" type="image/x-icon" href="https://powersupply-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/favicons/ms-icon-144x144.png"/>

As you can see, our favicon resides on a different domain than our Unbounce page (we rebranded but did not change some of our old platform names) - is that what’s causing my favicon to fail to load? Is there a way around this? e.g. would I need to add this domain into our Unbounce account to recognize it?

Hi Catherine!

Just want to first answer this question:

Nope! We recommend uploading your favicon to either iconj, Google Drive or Dropbox.

It’s hard to know why your favicon isn’t loading. Can you tell me – was your favicon loading successfully and then stopped working? Or you haven’t been able to get it to load at all?

Also, always good to double check the placement of your script (select Head from the dropdown). Here’s the steps to add the favicon as a refresher just incase you need the reference.
