Email Opt In Data Not Being Captured - Newbie question!

Hello - this is really basic but my email opt in data from my form is not being captured…all other form data is. Just not email opt in.

Any ideas please?

What kind of data do you ask for? I am not sure what you mean by “email opt in” when you also say that you are able to capture all other data? What’s the “other” data?

Hi Ash- I have a form with 5 form fields. The email opt-in is a check box asking people if they want to opt in to our email communications. When i view the leads in Unbounce from the form the data for the other fields is populated but the check box for email opt-in isn’t. I have other landing pages with form fields and email check box that do work - just not this form and landing page for some reason.
