Yesterday I published my first landing page, after that I added my analytics tracking code to the scripts section but when i checked my page later, I noticed that the code was totally visible on the top of the page, I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or it is a bug.

Did you place this in the script manager or within the javascripts section in the page editor?
I would first make sure that you have the script tags - those can be easily forgotten.
