New Lead Email Notification with an XML attachement

Hi everyone, How can I set up Unbounce New lead email notification with a submitted form data being added to an xml file in an email attachment? Please help with any ideas. Thanks, Ed

Dynamic Text Replacement URL parameter pulled through to Lead Notification

I have Dynamic Text Replacement set up with a URL parameter. Depending on the PPC keyword clicked this URL parameter changes and landing pages title changes accordingly. When the lead form is submitted, is there a way to display that custom url parameter from the page in the lead notification? I hope my question makes sense. This would help me optimise towards quality leads only, instead of just optimising towards every lead submission.
