Apear on click/hover help need

Hi Community! We are desperately trying to get this to work but as we are no developers, we can’t. So u turn to you, the community. here’s the deal: we want to have this map with locations that make a text appear on click or on hover. I show you the general design does anybody know a code or two to help us get this to work. Super many thanks in advance.
