"Adjust Font Size" for Mobile

What does the number on the side of the “Adjust font size” slider refer to? Is this a percentage? What does it even correspond to? When I create a completely new text box, it’s automatically set to 93. I just want to make the text 14px font but I don’t understand how this slider effects it.
