Error message when submitting form

This morning I’m starting to see the following error message popup when a form is submitted. Forms have always functioned fine up to this point. Any ideas? “We’re sorry the form could not be submitted because something went wrong. Please try again.”

Dynamic Hidden Form Fields

I just signed up for my free month and am working on creating a landing page to evaluate.  One issue I’m facing is that I need a form with hidden fields that contain dynamic data.  Is that possible or do those hidden fields all need to be hard-coded?
