Datepicker Field with Custom Validation

I want to add a datepicker script for the Field - Date of Birth in my Forms. We want Date of Birth in MM/DD/YYYY Format. In addition to that if someone tries to enter the date manually & if it’s not in MM/DD/YYYY Format, there should be custom validation that warns user to add in that format
