Lead-gen form export issue reporting

Hi there, we have a lead-gen form that we’ve created and we’re having issues with the export. We have a field that says: “How many homes do you build per year?” One of the options is 1-49. Another option is 50-150. However, when we export, it says Jan-49 in the field for how many homes do you build. Any ideas on what we can do here?
