This thread is dedicated to those taking The 5 Steps To More Conversions course. If you’d like to join, we’d love to have you! You can sign up here. When you’re creating landing pages specifically for a campaign, you gain the luxury of being able to tell a story from the first interaction to the conversion. The concept we introduced was message match Ð continuing the conversation from the ad to the landing page. Do you have any examples of when you’ve seen message matched used very well or very poorly? Have any questions about why message match is important and why anyone should care? If so, this is the place to ask!

This thread is dedicated to those taking The 5 Steps To More Conversions course. If you’d like to join, we’d love to have you! You can sign up here. As you now know, there are 5 elements that comprise a high converting landing page. They ensure the prospect is armed with all the information they need to decide to convert. In the last email, we suggested an activity you could try to ensure your campaign landing pages include all 5 elements: On paper, sketch out a landing page for one of your campaigns that incorporates all five elements of a high-converting landing page. You don’t need to write out the benefits and social proof in full, but I’d really recommend taking a shot at the headline Ð it’s the most important part of keeping someone on your page.Share your sketches within this thread if you’d like feedback, or if you have any questions about when/why all 5 elements are necessary.

This thread is dedicated to those taking The 5 Steps To More Conversions course. If you’d like to join, we’d love to have you! You can sign up here. The first email you received spoke to the importance of removing distractions from your campaign landing pages. To illustrate the opportunities lying in your existing landing pages, we suggested this exercise: Take a page you’re already sending traffic to as part of a marketing campaign, and either print it out or drop it into your image editor of choice. Then highlight all of the links or content not relating to your conversion goal. Those are distractions. They’re killing your conversion rate.Share your edited page in this thread, and feel free to ask any questions you have about removing distractions from your campaigns.

In order to ensure you’re not leaving mobile conversions on the table, you should be designing an experience for the unique needs of the mobile user. In the email, we asked you… Print one of your landing pages and cross out everything you think wouldn’t be necessary on a mobile device.
