Adding Adjusted Bounce Rate Code

We have the same google analytics tracking code on our unbounce pages that we do on our main website, which is causing our bounce rate to be inflated. Therefore I would like to add the adjusted bounce rate code in my google analytics script to make it so if a user is on the page more than 30 seconds an event is triggered, therefore not counting the visit as a bounce. I have the code and know where I need to put it but I cant seem to find a way to edit the Google Analytics code in my script manager. Any help?
