Unbounce charged a service that I do not want

I only wanted to test the tool, to include it in my budget! The tool is great but i stil do not have capital for this investment. I thought that Unbounce confirm something before charging the paid mounth. I have not used the service in the paid mounth so i want to know if the payment can be canceled. Thanks
