Use form data in confirmation dialog

Hi Community, I was wondering if there is a way to use form data on the confirmation dialog on my pages. Example: If I want to personalize my message with the person’s name they previously entered in the form, how do I do? Example 2:  Our forms often contain dropdown with different values (for seminars for example), and we’d like to be able to confirm the person’s selection in the confirmation dialog… Thanks! Paul
