Assigning values to drop downs in forms

I have several form fields that use simple drop downs. My server is looking for responses that are different from than say plain text from the drop downs. I need to be able to have my (for example) values be 0-5 for the 5 possible selections - not the plain text in the selector. Possible?

Radio Button Variable Value Substitution

We use value replacement scripts all the time for drop downs. This overcomes the limitation of not being able to set a custom value for each selection as we often need an integer for a value. example: However this does not work with radio buttons. Any suggestions on how to modify this for that?

Duplicate Field Values

The webhook I am passing my form data to has two required fields - PropertyCity and MailingCity. They can be different values but in the case of my ubounce form they are the same. If I capture PropertyCity how can I copy that value over to MailingCity for the Webhook?
