Always on top menu in Landing Page

For longer pages I would like to create a menu that stays always on top, even after scrolling down on the page. Would it be possible to have a section of the page (or several buttons/images) stay on top all the time? Thank you

Video in lightbox - how to?

is there a solution to to play a video in a lightbox? I want to show the video when the visitor clicks a button in the LP. I don’t want the video frame visible, just a big play button (or a picture that acts as a button) Thank you !
