Landing page URL not working on lightbox

Hi Guys, Lightbox worked just fine using an external URL link. But I’d like to have a lightbox from one of our landing page. Basically a pop-up lightbox with a form. It somehow displays as blank. Is URL an issue or is it because it’s from the internal source ? And how the conversion rate works when people submit a form on a lightbox instead of a form on a main landing page ?
