Fake Zip Code Processing/Checking Overlay In Between Form Submit and Confirmation Page

Basically, I would like a basic overlay post clicking a form submit button to show that we are actually searching/checking to see if the input value (Zip code, Postcode etc) is available. After you enter a postcode, zip code, city etc and submit form, a overlay should appear for like 3 seconds before seeing the successful confirmation page. Just like this website http://check.localsolarscheme.tk/

Multiple: Using Keyword Insertion & Dynamic Text Replacement

Is it possible to have more than 1 parameters. Example copy …. “Hey looking for {Dynamic Text 1: Indian, Italian, Spanish} restaurants in {Dynamic Text 2: New York, Washington, Chicago} For this example the dynamic text 1 will be from googles Adwords insertion tool and the dynamic text 2 will be a pre-specific URL for that particular ad. For e.g. www.findrestaurants.co.uk/?location=new%20york now how do I add the google ads keyword insertion ?[parameter]={KeyWord:DefaultText} ?cuisine={KeyWord:Indian} Full URL would be… www.findrestaurants.co.uk/?location=new%20york [WHAT GOES HERE] ?cuisine={KeyWord:Indian} I really hope someone understands the above 🙂

Align input fields to center?

How do you align input fields to center from the default left hand side? I have a stage one page that asks for the Zip/Post Code, I wanted to know if the input field when entering the postcode can be aligned center?

Exit Popup / Exit Overlay

Are they called Exit Popups? We want to show a popup on exit if someone decides to head to the close icon. This would really enable us with more leverage, adding promos, or an alternative call to action. I have found a bad example, but you can see what I mean http://www.contractor-tax-solutions.c…
