How do you post to Unbounce from an external widget such as AddThis?

I would like to do the opposite of a WebHook notification. I’m using the “AddThis” toolbar on a Form Confirmation Dialog and want it to log that the user shared via AddThis (FB, twitter). The users that share via AddThis get priority access to the app that I’m promoting on the Unbounce landing page. What is the best way to do this? This is the Javascript code representing the AddThis button on my Form Confirmation Dialog:
