Converting a page to click-through

I created two landing pages in UB that I really just want to use as the pages for one website. I want an opt-in on the first page to see the second, where the user can sign up for a free consultation. The problem is that, right now, the opt-in form just displays a UB thank you page upon submission and I don’t see how to just direct it to the next page. Help!
