How to keep footer to float at the bottom of your screen (ex., like the Jetsetter or Gilt sites)?

How do you make the footer to stay at the bottom of the browser, regardless of monitor resolution? Currently, the footers made using Unbounce are in a fixed position on the page, but I’d like to replicate sites like Jetsetter or Gilt where the footer floats at the bottom of the page. Also, while I’m at it - is there a way to reset the lead count/list? Hitting the reset data button doesn’t reset leads. Thanks!
