Add UTM tags to confirmation page URL?

Is it possible to add a variable from the form into the Go to URL confirmation page? For example, the form collects a email address and when they hit submit the GO TO URL confirmation page looks something like this:[http://page.com/confirmation?utm=ema…

Set target on Go To URL on Main Form

Currently on the Form Dialouge panel if you add a Button you can select the target as _top. This is great when you have your unbounce form in a iframe. Unfortunately, on the Main Form when you select Go To URL you don’t have the ability to define a target as _top. It would be great to have this feature.

Webhook can't pull ip_address

Trying to parse the webhook data.json in php and everything works except I can’t get the ip_address extracted to a variable? Instead of the IP I just get 1 Any ideas?
