How can I present the right language version of a page to a user?

I am targeting users in China, some of whom read English, and some of whom read only Chinese. I want to create two versions of the landing page, which are identical except for the language. I can create the pages, but how can I make sure that the right version gets served to the right visitor (e.g. based on his/her browser language)?
