Is it possible to schedule sticky bar on specific days and time?

Hi all, I just want to ask a question is there any way to schedule sticky bar for specific hours and days Supoose we are offering a special offer and would like to schedule that from 8am to 12pm , Mon - friday Is there any way or any custom script so that we can execute it? Thanks!
