How a welcome mat/squeeze page using Unbounce and WordPress?

Example: The first time you visit Mixergy.com it takes you to http://mixergy.com/hi (a squeeze page). The next time you go you go straight to the homepage. Any idea how I can use Unbounce to do this for my own site? Thanks! William
