New (2013) Adwords information harvesting policy changes?

Doing my yearly review of Adwords policies to make sure I’m current (as they don’t publish everything to their blog) and found this: https://support.google.com/adwordspol… This rule has been around for a while, I think. I recall, however, that the prohibition wasn’t so strict, and that if you had a privacy policy you’d be fine. But seeing as I run many thousands a month on adwords, driving traffic primarily to landing pages that offer free reports, whitepapers, and such, figured I’d ask: Has anyone had problems with ads getting disapproved or accounts banned due to this provision? I’m concerned …

Javascript Protection For Confirmation Pages?

Does anyone have a javascript that prevents someone from visiting a confirmation page without first filling out a form? I have two pages. One with a form on it (embedded via custom html since it is not a form belonging to a service that unbounce supports). The form redirects upon completion to the second page, where the assets are delivered. We’re finding that people are visiting the confirmation page without first going through the form. Is there a javascript we can use to prevent people navigation to the confirmation page directly or via a link (i.e. not coming from the first page) without first visiting the form page and filling it out?
