Does "Hide My Page From Search Engines" negatively impact Quality Score for PPC

It looks like I’m getting a lot of spam on some of my landing pages. I’m trying to see if this is crawlers finding the landing page organically or if it is click fraud. Currently I have this setting as unchecked - so the page is able to be seen by Search Engines. Will checking this box negatively affect my quality score? Thanks for any feedback Sean
