How to make a tablet responsive page?

I see a way to make mobile responsive page but not tablet responsive page. How to make my page tablet responsive?

Critique My Page

This is new landing page I have designed for PPC traffic. It’s like a mini-site. As per knowledge we have, customers would like to explore and know about the company before they will make a decision to call (or fill a form) and that’s the main reason it’s a mini-site. Our major competitors have such mini-sites too. Form fills i.e RFQ does not convert as high as phone call so it’s not primary CTA. Horizontal form

Look at form on top part of site: http://www.donotlink.com/hyy8 I need to create a form with same functionality, width and  height and put it horizontally in top part of page just like in this site. What is best way to achieve this? I don’t know much css but if I can get a form with all controls on it, i can drag them here and there, set height, width, colors etc and create a stylesheet. But i could not find any such stylesheet designer.

Lightbox in IFrame on landing page

I am developing a mini site. Site looks great and was easy to develop with unbounce but I am stuck with two issues related to lightbox. Site has three iframes. Top Iframe for header has lightbox which when launches shows in height much smaller than what it should be because iframe of header is small. how to fix this? Third Iframe is much larger and is bigger than screen height. It has three buttons for same lightbox. When user clicks lightbox while in lowest part of iframe, it shows up lightbox in middle of iframe which is out of screen bounds. it does not auto scroll to show lightbox on screen. Any ideas on fixing this? Thanks for helping out 🙂 Sal
