Action Tab Missing?

It seems that the ability to add text links and to edit the click action of certain buttons has disappeared for me in the last 2 hours. I’m sure I’m missing something really simple, and I’d be eternally grateful if somebody could shine a light on what it is. No “action” tab when text is selected: No “click action” section when button is selected (although it’s available for all the other buttons on the page):

Chargify.js on Unbounce page

I’m trying to embed a Chargify signup form on our Unbounce landing pages. The main method seems to be using Chargify.js. Has anybody done this before with any success? I read the documentation and it’s completely foreign to me so I’ll obviously have a developer handle the implementation. I’m mostly curious if this is even doable with Unbounce, or if I’m wasting my time. Thanks!
