WebHook to my database error

So i’m trying to take use a webhook to take 5 pages I have and put thier leads into an sql database I have. So I wrote all the php code and set up my database properly. I’m grabbing the data correctly but every time I try to send it to the sql server my error logs show that the data is coming up null. I think the main problem is with decoding the JSON format. I could really appreciate some help here. I think the error comes from somewhere in line 18-40 in my php code. I don’t know where else to go for help. I attached all my code and error logs.

I need a way to capture Form Data on a Thank You page (different URL)

I currently have a landing page that gets a lot of low quality leads based on title.  I have a simple code to send undesirable titles to one Thank You URL and the rest to another Thank You Url.  The problem is the leads can only be generated on the main form page.  I need a way to capture the leads on each of the thank you pages without someone having to hit submit on a form.

S2S Post Back

I was wondering if there was a method to do a S2S Post back directly to an affiliates server?  If so was hoping someone could help me out with this. Thanks Lenny
