Passing form data through a URL

Hi there. I’ve been following all the tutorials for passing form data through a URL. My form confirmation goes to another webpage, this one:  https://hourlynerd.com/project/prepost?name=name&mba_or_business=mba_or_business=&email=email&business_name=company and I have used the field name for my forms. Since I have some underscores, I also included the script :   The data is still not passing through correctly. What am I doing wrong?
