My gtm.formSubmit fired twice both from FB Pixel and Google Ads

Hi! I have succeeded installing Google Tag Manager to Unbounce and I have installed Facebook Pixel and Google Ads to my tags. I want to track form submission but when I preview my changes, I got my gtm.formSubmit fired twice while I only submitting one form. Can anyone help me? Thank image|690x193
