Sticky bar disappear upon click on any link

Hi, I am using sticky bar script, the bar loads fine first time. When I click any of the link in the sticky bar the new page appear without sticky bar. Please have a look at: https://marketing.varselor.com/softwaremarketingasaservice/ so when I am the above page and click the “Software Marketing” link which is the pointing to the same page, the sticky menu disappear from all the pages loaded after it. any suggestions?
