Allow limited number of submissions through contact form

Hi, I want to allow a limited number of form submissions. This is related to the number of samples that will be handed out which is limited. Is it possible to ‘lock’ the contact form once a certain number of submissions is reached?

Trigger popup on exit when user hasn't submitted a contact form

Hi all, I would like to add a popup to my page in Unbounce, but I would like it to trigger on exit only when a visitor has not filled and sent a contact form. How can this be done?
