Google Analytics tracking

Hi Community Background My client has a main website and an ecommerce store. Both are hosted separately and are managed by different companies. I am creating an Unbounce Landing Page linked to their main website and domain, with CTA buttons that link to products in the store on the other website property. My question is should I be adding the Google Analytics code in the Settings for the main website or the store?
