Fading Fixed Header/Footer for Desktop and Mobile

Hey community! I am looking to see if there is a way to make the Fading Fixed Nav a Header on Desktop and a Footer on mobile? I want to use the fixed nav as a header with a CTA on the desktop version of my landing page, and a footer containing a call button as a footer. Thanks
