Javascript Popups

Hi Guys I want to add javascript popups to my site. I have looked at https://optinmonster.com/, its really nice and lots of our competitors use it but they charge per display and its tightly reliant on using their system. We want to popup offers at the bottom of the page and are more concerned about the mobile responsiveness of the script. click nodepositrewards.com for our site. Again, making it work on mobile is key as 85% of our visitors are mobile users. thx M
