International Telephone Input For Form

I would like to ask you a question about how to implement international telephone input into forms. Thankfully unbounce great support team (especially Mariana) gave me an idea about how I can achieve it from git -> https://github.com/jackocnr/intl-tel-input I embedded it to website and it finds the country from the ip when one opens the page. http://unbouncepages.com/test-196213549287346181548856/ But I couldn’t find how to add this field to form and inherits css like the other form fields. I also checked almost all topics to find a solution. If I made a mistake, sorry about it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Utku
