Is it possible to import landing pages from instapage to unbounce?

Haii all, We worked for 5 years in instapage and we have a lot pages which are live and can not be recreated because they are in a test for a few more months. So is it possible to import instapage files into unbounce?

After I published the page there appears a big block underneath it

Hai There, I have published my site, but when I open it on my own mobile I can scroll to the right and there is a big block underneath it. In the browser you can only scroll to the right. Can someone help me with this?!
