Uploading a CSV of data & allowing for a search function

I’m trying to create a customer-facing page where a search box is displayed & the customer would be able to type in a personal code and view corresponding stats related to that code. Ideally, I’d like to be able to upload a CSV of searchable data. Has anyone ever done something similar with unbounce?
