Slow loading form confirmation dialogue... can I remove it?

My form confirmation dialog for an email sign-up appears to be blank for several seconds. Is there a way to speed up its load time or remove it completely? Example page here: http://cupids.org/take-action/ Thanks in advance!

Step-by-step guide to adding Adobe Typekit to landing page?

I am attempting to add Rift Soft regular and medium as well as Proxima Nova regular and bold. I was able to grab the Javascript code from Adobe Typekit but was confused about how to add in selectors and then how to get the font to show up on the page. (BRAND new to CSS). Can anyone provide a step-by-step guide? Thank you so much!
