Mailchimp not registering First and Last Names

Good afternoon Can someone please help - i might be really stupid and missing the point somewhere but my Mailchimp has linked the sign up form and imported two test leads (emails) in to the mail chimp list but has not imported the First Name or Last Name from the landing page sign up. Is there any advise on this - thank you in advance. Tobie
