How can I place some files in the root of the domain on which I have all my landing pages?

I need to place installation files of Pushcrew in the root of the domain. I am having a domain promo.xyz.co.in Let say I have a file manifest.json I should be able to access it on promo.xyz.co.in/manifest.json I am not able to do this. Can I get some help on this?
