Infusionsoft Apply Tag Without Submitting Email

How do I apply an Infusionsoft tag when a link is clicked? I have Infusionsoft contacts that I drive to my Unbounce page (I already have their email). The purpose of the page is to click the link. I need to apply a tag to that visitor when the link is clicked. How do I do this?
