Download images from Image gallery

Is there a way to download an image from the image gallery to my Desktop? I uploaded an image a long time ago and wish to use it in some other media but can no longer find the original file.

Add Form Field to subject line of Email Notification

Is there a way to add the Clients name that was imputed into a form, to the email notification subject line? Gmail groups all emails with the same subject into one thread, it gets confusing when there are multiple lead notifications coming each day. Each day Gmail starts a new group of emails.

Pass data from a pass thru variable to a hidden field

Is it possible to pass the value of the GA_keyword to a hidden field in a form called msm_secondarysource ? I want to pass the Keyword that triggered a form fill into my CRM so I can verify what leads turn into actuall sales, but it needs to be named msm_secondarysource.
