Problem with form submitting with blank mandatory field

Hello all I have a form with all mandatory fields, however i see that the form is being completed without the phone field being completed. If the field is mandatory, how can the form possibly accept submission? Example “https://thecreditpros.com/home/#lp-pom-form-638”
