Customised form and conversion count

I would like to create my own (since I am implementing reCaptcha) I am a software engineer and familiar with js. I am just wondering, how can I trigger “conversion” when one clicks on my form? similar to what 123FormBuilder is doing

Text instead of form confirmation page

I have an input box to insert e-mail, and a submit button. The submit button triggers a form confirmation dialog and I don’t like it. I would like the form to disappear and instead to display to the user a text something like - Thank you, we will be in touch soon. How can I do it?
